Every Trellis structure includes a Collaborative Warranty. Your tier is determined by product and material grade, with higher tiers offering a longer stewardship relationship and deeper partnership.
Your base warranty covers manufacturing defects at no cost. After year one, the extended support period provides ongoing expert guidance and preferred pricing on replacement parts, maintained through biennial photo submissions. Financial liability terms are detailed in the full warranty document.
