After an initial conversation to determine size, style, function and any site constraints, we create an estimated cost for the project. Occasionally we'll send rough thumbnail sketches to clarify ideas to help with the estimating process. Once the estimate is accepted and you choose to move forward with the project, we create a 3-D digital model that is then emailed to you. The model can be viewed from every angle and enlarged, enabling you to completely experience the structure on your computer. Changes can then be made to various details such as rafter tail profiles, proportions and density of structure.
